Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item by OUR misstep, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the damage looks to be intentional or an issue that has arisen due to owner negligence, misuse or overuse, we reserve the right not to replace nor repair the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
